Salted Caramel (Non-dairy) Coffee Creamer

Guyyysssss….if you like salted caramel ANYTHING and want to be healthier, I’m serving it up on a plate for you today! Recently my friend Cheri at FeatherLight Wellness posted her coffee creamer recipe. I cried because I’m trying so hard to be as #chemicalfreein2017 as possible and coffee creamer is one of the WORST chemicals because I consume it daily. In excessive amounts… 😳 And this was the most perfect solution!!!! I switched up her original recipe a bit to make a different flavor.

Enter a delicious Salted Caramel Coffee Creamer! Mmmmmm….

It’s like fall in a cup. SO yummy! And no chemicals! You can use coconut milk instead of cream, but the cream makes it creamier. You can use any nut milk or non-dairy milk that you want! And I also use Cacao powder in place of the cocoa powder. I also use Stevia in the Raw in place of the liquid Stevia (mostly because I ran out of the liquid, haha!). The liquid Stevia blends better, in my opinion, but since I started using Stevia in the Raw, I really don’t notice the difference. The flavor of the creamer masks it!

Enjoy this delicious little morsel. It lasts at LEAST a week in the fridge. I’ve never let it go longer than that. Bahaha.
