Freedom Coaching –
As a certified Freedom Coach with the ministry Oaks Rising, it is my honor to facilitate freedom (life-coaching) sessions where you are held up as capable to discover:
-Your unique design and true identity
-How to get unstuck from the places that have held you back
-Your purpose
-Negative mindsets and their positive replacements
-What parts of your past are still affecting you negatively and how to let them go/heal from them
-How to have healthy connection with others in your authentic communicative style
My passion is to come alongside you as you do the healing work to support you, brainstorm with you, and cheer you on as you grow! I am not here to “fix” you or tell you what to do. But I will use my resources, toolbox, and training to equip you to do the work.
While I am a Christian, the coaching model I use does not restrict me to only coaching other Christians. This model is open to all.

Core Freedom Sessions –
It is my desire to help facilitate a core freedom session where you are able to encounter the living God and experience Jesus healing you in the very core of who you are.
This is a deep, Christ-centered inner healing work. This is accomplished through the use of forgiveness, repentance, and bringing Jesus into your trauma/wounding.
It is recommended that you continue the mind renewal process and plug into a safe community (the Oaks Rising freedom community is available to all who complete a core freedom session) following the session. It is imperative that you continue your healing journey after your core session so that you can learn how to replace lies with truth and continue living free.
Freedom is a journey. It’s a process. This is not a one-time-fix-all thing. But it provides an incredible foundation to build on!
